Woodland Warmth

Pine branches were traditionally hung above sickbeds to aid recovery.from illness.

Alongside general healing properties, pine is  used to banish gloom and promote self-confidence.

Right: ‘ Transience’ features the gentle blues, mauves and yellows of winter woodland. It is a ‘stop and look’ picture encouraging contemplation, acceptance and a cheery attitude. A wall-size picture works well in waiting rooms.
